We want you to love your Jaded London pieces, but if something isn't right, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Generate Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal or use the provided QR code at an authorized drop-off location.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier point and keep your proof of postage; we will notify you once your return has been processed.
